We utilize Dynamic Insurance as a third-party administrator to manage workers’ compensation claims. They interact with the injured employee, your company, and the applicable workers' compensation carriers. In addition, our medical care provider (MPN) works with the claims adjusters to efficiently manage each individual claim. This hands-on attention helps to reduce unnecessary delays in medical treatment and to increase return to work programs. This proactive approach results in lower reserves; less litigation; and lower temporary disability costs, all of which translates into improved loss history reports and lower experience modification which ultimately lowers your workers’ compensation premium.

Our Risk Management professionals consist of OSHA trained loss control specialists and licensed workers' compensation claims adjusters. We will partner with you to keep your claims experience low, control costs and to mitigate future liability by using our programs which focus on compliance awareness, education, and employee participation.
